so when you train any muscle try to train it in lengthen position in lengthen position you will get better hypertrophy muscle remains stronger in lengthen position so if you want to train long head well you have to train in lengthen position so for that you have to understand anatomy so if you see anatomy you will see that long head crosses your shoulder joint and elbow joint so if you want to bring it in lengthen position so you have to keep your elbow like this means in stretch position so you can do exercises in this position so you can train long head well.

So the first exercise is the single arm cross triceps pushdown. You can do this with a grip, you can keep it like this. So, what you have to do is see this now, my long head is in a stretch position.
